Photograph a flower, get an AI-assisted identification, confirm or correct it, and keep a record of how you care for it over time. That plant-care loop is the actual product — everything else CoinGarden.World is building, including community places, charities and an optional token, is built around it, not ahead of it.
Places and charities are visible in navigation but not built yet — opening them says so plainly rather than showing empty content dressed up as a feature.
A photo is analyzed by CoinGarden's Flower Recognition agent — a specific AI capability that requires image understanding and returns structured plant data. Which provider and model actually power it is a configuration choice made centrally for the whole platform, not something fixed inside this app, and it can change without a mobile update.
A confident-looking result is a best guess, not a guarantee. When it's wrong, searching the catalog and picking the right species yourself doesn't just fix your record — it's recorded as a correction, which is a real quality signal, not a discarded edit. A development build may show a clearly labeled placeholder identification instead of a real AI-generated one; it never presents that as a genuine result.
Signing in with Google shares only your name, email address and profile photo — enough to identify your account. Nothing else on your Google account is accessed. Your gardens, flowers, identifications, care history and reminders are saved to CoinGarden's servers under your account, so they're still there if you sign in on another device. Photos are stored separately from that record data and are only ever served back to you through the app — never behind a public link.
Sharing a flower to the community feed is opt-in and explicit. Only what you chose to share becomes public — the photo, species, your public display name (or “CoinGardener” if you haven't set one) and your caption. Your gardens, private notes, full care history, reminders, email and location are never shared automatically.
Identifying plants, keeping gardens and logging care never requires a crypto wallet or a token — that is a permanent design decision, not a current limitation. CGW is a separate, optional token: the supply and allocation design is approved for the platform's first version, but no CGW mint exists on Solana mainnet-beta yet, so there is nothing to buy, hold or connect from here today.
If you ever connect a wallet in the Token Portal, that's a separate, deliberate action you take there — it is never linked automatically from your Google sign-in on this app.
The Discover feed and badges are live now — shared flowers, likes, and milestones for care, identification and community activity. Public places you can visit and charity partnerships are on the roadmap and not built yet.
Friends and direct messages between growers are on the roadmap — not built yet, so they're not shown as live settings until they are.
